10 Valentine’s Day Gifts You Can Give Yourself

Oh, Valentine’s Day.

People have a lot of feelings about this tricky little holiday ripe with the threat of unmet expectations and disappointment.

Not to mention a whole other set of feelings if you don’t have someone to celebrate with.

My husband and I typically exchange cards but not gifts. I get my kids a card and some sort of sweet treat, but that’s the extent of V-Day in our house.

In recent years, we’ve seen an upsurge in Galentine’s Day celebrations, and rightfully so. It’s always fun to treat the friends who stick by our side day in and day out.

But it’s also an opportunity to indulge in some self-love and treat yourself.

So here’s a list of 10 Valentine’s Day gifts you can give yourself!

Candle Warming Lamp (currently $2 less than what I paid) which melts candles, releasing the scent, without a flame. Not only is it pretty on a shelf or table, but the bulb emits a warm glow, adding a cozy vibe.

This Electric Heat Pad has multiple heat settings and a magnet that holds it in place around your shoulders. I also like to lay it flat under my lower back.

I love this Marble Candle from Anthropologie. Plus when the candle is gone, you have a gorgeous marble container.

If you enjoy a fantasy (and a hefty dose of spice) then you’ll love Fourth Wing. It’s like The Hunger Games with dragons.

Fantasy not your thing? Try None of This Is True by Lisa Jewell, one of my favorite books of 2023.

The Virigil Ring by Able is delicate and unique with its interlocking offset stacked style. I love how it’s simple but not boring. Plus Able is a woman-run company that prioritizes eco-conscious materials and sustainability.

Geometry towels are my favorite for the kitchen because they’re absorbent and quick-drying and come in so many fun designs. They released a Valentine’s Day collection, but they have so many other designs to choose from that it’s impossible not to find something to fit your style. I love that these towels are made from recycled materials too.

This neck massager was hands-down my best pandemic purchase. The handles keep it from slipping and the heated rolling massage is the next best thing to an actual shoulder massage. The one I bought is currently unavailable but this one is almost identical at the same price.

Another of my fave purchases of 2023, this knot candle is so pretty that I instructed my family that it is never to be burned.

I bought the Merly Jacket by Able to replace my older cropped denim jacket and it hits just the right spot. It comes in multiple colors and fits true to size. It’s currently on sale with code SIGNATURE35.

If you’ve been looking for a cream blush, Merit’s Flush Balm is the end of your search. It comes in a variety of colors and application couldn’t be easier. Just swipe and blend. Merit products are vegan and cruelty-free and come in packaging that is either recyclable, reusable, or compostable.

What’s the best gift you’ve ever gotten yourself?
